Partnered with tech development, economics, and data science teams to produce financial models, and proof-of-concept studies for new business opportunities utilizing live experiments and incremental revenue attribution studies, and co-authored papers for presentation to leadership. Evaluated feasibility and provided finance insight and approvals for headcount and OpEx investment opportunities for high-visibility strategic programs while maintaining strict productivity standards. Forecast and manage annual NA cross-channel marketing budget for three teams totaling $17MM annually and developed new tool to track expenses and determine ROI by category and campaign to inform decision making at leadership level. Partnered with multi-disciplinary teams of business intelligence, FP&A, tech, economics and marketing to support end-to-end funnel analytics.
