software solutions. I was promoted to lead a team of 4 to drive sales operations improvements and manage Salesforce
processes. We oversaw order operations which included renewal processing, new sales processing, and invoicing. My role included:
--- Salesforce Migrations --- We migrated legacy tools into SFDC and consolidated 2 operating companies into 1 account. There were also 4 other acquisition integrations into SFDC from Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and QuickBooks.
--- Pricing --- We restored our pricing integrity with the development of a new pricing book while
streamlining consistencies in terms, pricing, and partnership agreements.
--- Lead Management --- We grew our renewal billing by promoting best practices in lead management, opportunity management, subscriptions, and contracts.
--- Process Improvement --- We streamlined workflows and contracts in SFDC and CPQ to handle
explosive growth of 275% without adding headcount.
--- Reporting --- Our team provided clarity around options for ARR increases to executive teams with
forecast analysis and reporting on upgrades and transformations. We also automated the reporting of
sales and financials.📊
--- Annual Users Conference--- Our team organized our annual users conference with up to 1200 attendees. Handled all RFPs with hotels at East Coast and West Coast sites. Secured sponsorships for conference. Organized travel packages for attendees, including flight packages etc.
