I led the charge in fostering sales excellence and career development, ensuring team readiness for success. I organized two major third-party sales training events in London, uniting teams globally. These events were crucial for identifying additional training needs and fostering a unified training ecosystem across Europe, thereby bolstering our worldwide sales strategy. I also enhanced the NEP U Learning Management System (LMS) by working with specialists to convert meeting videos into engaging, interactive content. This effort not only made learning more captivating but also globally accessible, establishing me as a leader in LMS proficiency and use, which streamlined training processes and boosted sales force proficiency. My role involved developing essential training for global Go-To-Market initiatives and collaborating with Senior Vice Presidents to customize training for their teams. Partnering with the Salesforce Manager, I created Salesforce training courses and quick-tip videos, significantly improving our CRM use. I also launched a technical training bootcamp, incorporating advanced editing and interactive courses, which elevated our engineering team's capabilities. Furthermore, I developed an onboarding program for new client-facing team members, providing them with crucial training and resources, demonstrating my dedication to sales excellence and team growth at NEP Group. Throughout my tenure, I produced various training materials, aligned with our business goals and brand standards. By regularly reviewing our systems and tools, I was able to enhance the quality of our training offerings, effectively supporting our sales force.
