Successfully implemented over 40 projects during 2012 which totals over $60k in monthly recurring revenue.
Analysed existing clients workflow and business process, discovered that data entry could be cut by 50% and increase efficiency of their internal processes by mapping their workflow to MaxHire. Also reduced duplication, enabling the business development consultants and client delivery team to harmonise their use of the application. Devised and delivered training curriculum to all client staff.
