I was then specifically selected to project manage migrating from Vurv to Bond Adapt (both SaaS based applicant tracking systems). Selected Achievements: Handpicked to develop relations with Fluor Vancouver, established a monthly presence onsite to foster relationships. Interviewed each stakeholder (department heads up to executive level) to establish areas of concern and developed a plan to change corporate perception. Being based onsite monthly created the environment for a permanent presence which has developed into a full onsite recruiting team of 5. Specially selected as Project Manager to implement migration from Vurv SE7 to a replacement applicant tracking system. Researched, long listed and evaluated replacement ATS products and produced a short list of 3. Performed extensive evaluation of shortlisted products, produced, devised & reviewed completed RFP’s. Devised evaluation criteria for management team which was used during the short listed vendor’s onsite demonstration. Winning bidder was Bond Adapt, project value circa $500k. Evaluated individual work practices in 12 offices (based in 8 countries), elicitation of social and regulatory practices in each location. Developed harmonised global workflow to be utilised by all offices. Developed and delivered training curriculum to internal staff throughout 12 offices (based in the EMEA region), including non-native English speakers. The training was conducted initially in person during the implementation with subsequent session delivered remotely.

During my tenure I was also handpicked to project manage the implementation of an upgrade to Vurv (ATS) and the creation of a new corporate website. This role was completed concurrently with my Vendor Manager duties. Selected Achievements: Assisted corporate HR in devising recruitment campaigns, provided analysis of recruitment trends, skills gaps, and salary/rate surveys. Assisted Departmental Managers and Project Management teams to formulate full project manpower plans to facilitate successful completion of a major Petrochemical/Oil & Gas engineering project in Kazakhstan valued at $3 billion. Initiated RFP process for staffing vendor selection, created vendor monitoring and compliance with set service level agreements and review process. Grew approved vendor list from 5-15 and motivated vendors to produce with 95% vendor retention rate using the SLA and review process. This involved formulating and presenting the bid to senior executives of Halcrow. The bid was completed immediately prior to my promotion to Vendor Manager onsite a Fluor UK, I sourced and hired a replacement to run the Master Vendor management program for this project.
