Developing excellent relationships with marketing function.
Instrumental in aiding the management team prepare the breakeven model and tracking models for new breakfast test, included close partnering with the operations team in order to work on labour models and oven capacities, and also with product development team in order to understand product builds and new costs for each of the new breakfast items. Test currently active in Scotland
Creating forecasts for promotions and test markets using retrospective data as well as current knowledge of micro and macro factors
Developing a variety of complex financial models to assess progress of various different products and menu layers
Providing post promotional analysis and recommendations this includes a variety of different techniques, in order to assess whether various promotions should be repeated in the future, or where performance has been below expectation, making recommendations as to why this may be so that we avoid repetition of a miss in the future
Margin analysis for products to ensure that robust margins are maintained across the product line.
