Jul. 2019 - Dec. 2020LebanonResponsibilities: • Provide input into digital marketing plan for priority products/portfolios. • Drive adaptation and implementation of multichannel tactics across the cluster. • Lead organization and implementation of webinars. • Lead email campaigns through email marketing systems. • Maintain and develop portals, websites, apps together with local MCC specialists. • Optimize customer experience and ensure HCPs’ engagement boost. • Implement Customer feedback incorporation into digital platforms. • Collaborate with marketing and medical colleagues and participate in digital content creation based on customer insights and journeys. • Train, support and up skill colleagues on usage of digital platforms and tools. Achievements: • Created, designed and implemented “SAWA”, Sanofi Webinars Program, the first CME accredited online educational program in Lebanon tailored for Lebanese General Practitioners in partnership with the Lebanese Society of General Practitioners. • Awarded the “Sanofi Innovation Award 2019” for creating and pioneering new go to market model. • Lead the MCE acceleration and digital transformation during the COVID-19 crisis in Levant area.
