• Product Development: Led the development of 2 industry-advancing pipeline maintenance products, “Pro Stop” and “Smart Pig”, achieving $270M and $10M in annual revenues respectively through strategic project management and execution.
• Innovative Product Leadership: Managed the HTMP project, developing key products like Pro Stop and Smart Pig, which collectively generated significant annual revenue.
• Global Team Management: Led engineering teams in Belgium (20 staff), Norway (25 staff), France (10 staff) and the US (15 staff), coordinating efforts on product standardization and compliance. Project successes across each team include: o Norway: Led mechanical engineer team to standardize seals across products, optimizing design efficiency.
o Belgium: Guided the team in producing Pro-Stops for gas products, ensuring adherence to all compliance standards.
o France: Managed high-pressure equipment projects, positioning team to optimize designs for these pipeline settings. o United States: Directed an engineering team designing and developing industry-leading high-pressure tools.
• Financial Modeling: Developed financial models to assess project scope changes, enabling informed and resource allocation.
• Program Development: Collaborated with business leaders to align program objectives with global strategic initiatives. • Executive Partnerships: Provided project updates and executive summaries to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
