May. 2007 - Oct. 2014Austin, TX• Evaluate customer business requirements and demonstrate the value of Oracle HCM solutions including HRMS, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Recruiting, On Boarding, Social Collaboration, Learning Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Compensation and Analytics.
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions with prospects and customers to gather requirements in order to develop and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations.
• Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
• Mentor new and less experienced Solution Consultants, Sales Representatives and Account Managers on product functionality, demo techniques, and internal processes.
• Experience with the following HCM products: PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Taleo Enterprise Edition, Oracle Business Intelligence and User Productivity Kit (UPK).
