Jul. 2011 - Oct. 2013Munich Area, Germany· Working with our regional distribution, resellers and customers to engage in proactive sales opportunity generation, pipeline management and deal support & closure. · Act as primary point of contact for partners regarding all channel sales related activities (enablement, training, certification, marketing, deal registrations, transactions and support). · Drive adoption of all LifeSize solutions among regional channel (disti, reseller) , customers and prospects · Working with new prospective resellers to walk them through the process of becoming a registered LifeSize partner. · Assuring partners are up to date on product portfolio and processes for engagement, training, joint customer presentations, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiations, closing of deals, sales promotions and oversight of implementation and escalation of issues. · Qualifying customer inquiries and assigning those to channel partners. · Participating in customer meetings together with channel partners over video or onsite to represent LifeSize and demonstrate our product portfolio in order to recommend solutions based on customer needs.
