• Designed and implemented compensation strategies (Mercer) to attract and retain top talent while optimizing company resources.
• Led Global HCM implementation and partnered on SAP rollout, optimizing payroll budgets and ensuring EBITDA, YTD, and Run rate goals.
• Led the upskilling of the HR team in leveraging AI to enhance key HR processes (CoPilot and ChatGPT). Trained team members to effectively use AI for writing job descriptions, internal procedures, competency-based interview scripts for leaders, SMART goals, internal communications, assessments, and other HR solution designs
