• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop HR strategies, advise executive team, conduct workforce planning, and lead employer branding.
• Talent Management: Design global recruitment strategies, manage employee lifecycle, implement performance management and succession planning.
• Legal and Compliance: Oversee workers' compensation, manage disability accommodations, ensure ADA/FMLA compliance, conduct safety audits, stay updated on employment laws.
• Policy Development: Create HR policies, ensure labor law compliance, implement data privacy programs.
• Compensation and Benefits: Design global programs, manage payroll, conduct market research.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive culture, implement engagement strategies, manage conflict resolution, and oversee wellness programs.
• Learning and Development: Identify training needs, design leadership initiatives, and create mentorship programs.
• HR Operations: Establish KPIs, implement paperless processes, and drive sustainability in HR practices.
