• Negotiate and manage product, component, services, customer care and other outsourcing and managed services agreement with suppliers cross functionally, representing an annual budget greater than $350M annually.
• Provide support and oversight during lifecycle to all internal organizations as well as business units domestically and internationally, including supporting other globalized affiliates.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, in composition of vendor agreements and contracts to ensure the highest quality and best overall value for strategic and tactical relationships
• Manage bid building, bid process and generating applicable RFPs, ITBs, and other RFx, as sole point of contact and facilitating/leading process through to award, contract negotiation,
POC and contract administration.
• Provide project and process management, handling multiple transactions, sourcing initiatives,
multiple vendors, and multiple contracts.
• Communicate continuously with stakeholders, risk, privacy, governance, legal, and other sourcing management to ensure successful projects
• Engage business leaders across enterprise, to craft solid contracts that align complex needs, mitigate risk, maintain compliance and security, and balance independently desired outcomes to achieve business unit success
• Monitor and manage supplier initiatives, tools, and programs to ensure compliance to contract
boundaries and portfolio.
• Engage industry reputable benchmarking organizations, utilize market research tools, and access up and coming reviewers/assessors, and industry publications to ensure due diligence in options and pricing
