This includes P&L responsibility for all implementation and on-boarding services, ownership of all software license renewals, and software support. KPIs managed include retention rates, NPS, time to value, upsell and cross sell, profitability, and SLA achievement. Zilliant is a global company with blue chip customers around the world.
