Sep. 2010 - May. 2014Ratcliffe Shutdown Programme is an £800m upgrade including retrofit of new technology to meet future generating requirements. Drives the interface and strategic planning for the Shutdowns including acting as CDM Principle Contractor. In 2013 the Shutdown Programme equated to approximately 1500 contractors, in control of budgets circa £180million, to a stretch programme of 21 ½ weeks. Key achievements: • Delivered continuous improvements- 2013 programme was 10 weeks shorter than 2011 and with a greater workscope, completed ahead of schedule • Lead the Contractor Managers to deliver 6 Million Hours worked without a Lost Time Injury (LTI) • Engineered a succession plan for the team post project to ensure the skills and infrastructure developed are integrated into power station operations as a project legacy

Jun. 2009 - Sep. 2010Enfield Power StationEnfield Outage was the world’s 1st simultaneous overhaul of GT26 power train (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and Generator) on a single shaft. . Initiated and lead planning of the project, including defining the contract strategy, negotiating and driving contracts for all major work packages. Key achievements; • Project delivered to Critical Success Criteria; 55 day programme and £21m Budget • Optimised safety performance to achieve a ZERO Total Recordable Injury Frequency (TRIF)
