Key achievements: • Delivered continuous improvements- 2013 programme was 10 weeks shorter than 2011 and with a greater workscope, completed ahead of schedule • Lead the Contractor Managers to deliver 6 Million Hours worked without a Lost Time Injury (LTI) • Engineered a succession plan for the team post project to ensure the skills and infrastructure developed are integrated into power station operations as a project legacy
