• Successfully managed and rolled out e-Procurement Solution - e-Sourcing, Contract management, Supplier management, Project management, Request management, and Procure-to-pay (P2P) for customer in Thailand Role and Responsibility
• Actively involve in product demonstration for prospect with the pre-sale
• Prepare business case summary based on product demonstration
• Work with the customer to understand business requirements and internal teams to develop and deliver business and technical solutions to the customer satisfaction • Develop of the overall project plan, detailed plan of process implementation as well as individual work plans • Lead value workshops or trainings for customers and enable brainstorming session with team to gather innovative approaches • Manage team with all aspects of a deployment including (but not limited to): business process understanding, requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows, user interface configuration, product testing support etc.
• Take responsibility for stakeholder management - coordinating with internal and external stakeholder and effective collaboration with cross functional teams • Remain Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customer during entire implementation life cycle and ensure meditation whenever there are gaps in understanding of technical team and resolve them
• Product management involve in product feedback with product manager to improve tool functionality and product adoption
• Resolve processing issues and ensure product adoption, value realization and ROI
