For this legislation to be effective the ATO has been required to work closely with payroll software providers to ensure their systems will be available to implement Single Touch Payroll from July 2017. My role in this project was to work with the Software Developers to ensure they had all information required to meet this deadline. This has included: • Working with Design Working Groups made up of Treasury, ATO and Software Developers • Creation of guidance information for software developers to ensure their teams have the correct technical information. • Liaising with ATO IT departments to ensure guidance information is technically correct. • Liaising with ATO business divisions to ensure legislative information is correct.

Achievements - ASIC has been able to run several simultaneous development projects within Dynamics CRM without incident. - Agile Methodologies are now more prominent throughout the organisation. - The Complaints Project continuous to be a guide for future agile projects.
