This strategic role is executed regionally covering a wide variety of countries including BZ, COL, ARG, PAR, UY y CL, strenghtening the business relationship with partners such as NEC do Brasil, Sonda, CAPGemini, NTT - Dimension Data, IBM, Orange, Westcon, HNA -Ingram, Logicalis, between others. I was able to drive and manage partner profitability programs, enabling them to achieve a transformational sales impact, having the best balance in the efficiency and efficacy within all the Product, Service and software sales cycle. One of my recent business results, was to achieve a double digit growth in my region (U.S. FY17 period), having ROIs of 1:12+, exceeding the goals in attainment, forecast accuracy, renewals, new product and services sales, advising and managing the top business partners and establishing operational metrics. In this way, i achieved the business expansion, exploiting the company's financial and Intellectual capital plus the partner capabilities, giving an unique and very well valued total customer experience.
