-Management of HR Specialist Teams (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Internal Communication, Wellbeing-Culture (2021/2022), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion(2021/2022), Compensation(2021), Corporate University) and HRBPs(2021/2022) , a total of 280 HC, with 9 direct reports.
-Talent Acquisition – more than 8,000 hires a year, more than 20,000 internal moves, in addition to employer brand actions. Internship Program, Young Apprentice and Affirmative Vacancy Programs (Blacks, PCDs, Women in IT).
- Talent Management – revision of the performance appraisal format, assessment of potential and implementation of the 9 box, applied to 90% of the organization's structures. Support for the preparation of documents for the Executive Nomination and Succession Committee.
- Internal Communication and Research – partnership with Corporate Marketing for employee and employer brand communications. Employee survey frameworks
- Wellbeing and Culture – Programs to promote physical and mental health, growth of mental health and specific actions for women. Beginning of the Culture area, with the definition of diagnostic tools. -Diversity and Inclusion – Affirmative Programs and Management of the four affinitiy groups (Women, Racial, PCDs and LGBTQIA+) -Compensation and Benefits – management of the compensation and benefits model, annual review of ranges and tables by business group, with market partners, benchmarking and proposals to leaders and executives for improvements. -Unibrad – Corporate University – management of 10 campi throughout Brazil and a team that manages face-to-face/virtual solutions for all employees of the organization. Development and delivery of content through partners throughout Brazil. Start of development of Internal Instructional Design, to foster the management of Strategic Knowledge and perpetuity of the good career development of internal professionals.
