• Corporate Structure Realignment: Provided ability to segregate data warehouses and give greater access to HIPAA controlled data on which to base innovative services. Enabled flexibility to offer new services to clinics and patients not possible under prior entity structure.
• Data Product Creation: Developed and launched industry’s first paid customer-facing technology solution for remote therapy management, driving operational, clinical and financial benefits for customers. Predictive analytics using cloud-based device data help anticipate when a patient may drop off therapy and trigger personalized calls by a newly created team of remote Baxter nurses.
• Operational Efficiency: Conformed product maintenance and return processes across portfolio, saving over $1 million per year. Linked commercial growth projections by geography with supply chain inventory staging, significantly reducing split shipments to customers.
• E-Commerce Redesign: Commercial lead for rework of clinic- and patient-facing prescription / order management platforms. Salesforce-based portals make initiating therapy and managing treatment supplies easier for customers and provide greater visibility into cost management.
• Stakeholder Education: Managing roster of 12 MD KOL’s delivering over 115 live and remote events per year. Reworked Health Care Professional education programming to deliver track-based assignable learning in digital format, enabling ROI analysis. Directed development of Tableau dashboards to visualize impact of event topics as aligned to needs.
