• Led the creation of a skills taxonomy linked to the SFIA Framework, resulting in the identification and development of high-potential candidates in technical roles.
• Served as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisor to the UK & Ireland Diversity Lead, providing strategic guidance on culture and hiring initiatives to enhance diversity at Hays and for clients.
