Apr. 2014 - Sep. 2018Porto Alegre e Região, Brasil- Management of agreed service levels (SLAs) with support service providers. - Responsible for supervising, guiding and auditing the execution of Incident Management, Problem Management, Availability Management and Planning and Support for the Transition of IT services processes. - Responsible for Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Asset Management and Configuration and Transition Planning and Support processes. - Responsible for defining metrics for monitoring and measuring IT services, to monitor the health of each service through the user experience, generating and monitoring improvement actions. - Responsible for conducting the transition of new or modified services, in order to minimize impacts on the production environment, using good DevOps practices. - Activities related to Disaster and Recovery, simulating the main DataCenter's fall and the rise of services in the secondary DataCenter.
- People management, providing periodic feedback, engaging the team to deliver their tasks.
- Massive use of Office suite tools, mainly for presenting results to various hierarchical levels of the company.
