Joined as Corporate Communications Manager to set up the Corporate Communications role in the Middle East and since then have been promoted, added new departments to my responsibility such as environment and marketing services departments, expansion of role responsibilities across added territories and geographies. My responsibility as well as my passion is to design measurable Comms strategies that impacts the brand image positively, enable the company to drive with purpose and align with business objectives. Consistency and ensuring a single powerful communications messaging is key and integrating Comms channels such as PR, social media, digital and web helps communicate and engage with the right audience. Internal Communications has become top of corporate agendas, and has always been the most powerful tool for communicators, it enables executives tell the company story, lead with purpose and create internal brand advocates. With the shift of workspaces and hybrid working, internal comms has become a make or break. Corporate Social Responsibility is a very important topic and has gained more importance in times where people turned to each other for support and companies prioritized communities over anything else. It is what mattered during a crisis.
