Taking on various roles, from partnerships to product creation, I played a central role in leading the project, from ideation to execution. This included prototyping, hypothesis gathering and validation, backlog management and prioritization, ensuring a comprehensive and well-structured development process.
Adopting a customer-centric approach, we manage the customer experience throughout the cycle, orchestrating the launch across all of the group's brands in Brazil. This strategy delivered a cohesive and streamlined experience, effectively meeting the needs of our diverse customer base.
