We build technologies that help app developers take their apps to the next level, including the industry’s largest in-app video network. Since only 2% of users pay to play, we provide tools to engage the other 98%. - Oversee semimonthly & bi-weekly multi-state payroll
- Prepare reports in TriNet and Excel, (ie. payroll reconciliation, monthly labor costs, monthly headcount, quarterly commissions, audits documentation)
- Manage employee leaves of absence
- Maintain records including organizational charts, employee directory, and benefit plan participation (such as insurance and 401(k)), as well as personnel transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and employee demographics
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefit eligibility, enrollment and other basic inquiries
- Assist in the development of compensation and benefit policies and programs, ensuring the company is competitive and fiscally responsible
- Provide direction and advice on employment practices, company policies and applicable federal and state regulations
- Support the local execution of company programs impacting our team members (performance management, learning and development, total rewards, etc)
- Manage onboarding & offboarding process, ensuring all required documents are executed and received and all necessary access/equipment is provided/removed
- Partner with Immigration Attorneys and Global Operations team to support the relocation and immigration needs of internal employee transfers. - Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws for locations in New York and California
- Collaborate with the HR team on designing and executing Employee Experience from hiring to off-boarding
