I had sole responsibility for the management of the creative strategy, creation and delivery of integrated brand solutions and product identities across all divisions in the marcus evans Group for 67 offices worldwide. As a multi-discipline department we provided compelling graphic, digital, and video solutions to support the business developments and processes across all available channels including web & mobile applications, print, packaging, advertising, and office & event design. I had ownership of the scoping, planning, production, budgets, delivery and measurement of all digital and design projects. With a hands on approach I am as comfortable in the production of artwork and digital solutions as I am leading a team. It was also my responsibility to coordinate reputation management and SEO / SEM strategies and advise across the group on all online communications through Search, Email and Social engagement, including content creation, campaign strategy, technical development, costs and metrics to the management teams and Chairman.
