To drive success in each of these stores my key responsibilities were: Taking responsibility for all operational procedures such as cash control, paper work, stock control, rota planning, identifying fraudulent sales as well as all aspects of Health & Safety and recruitment. Drive performance and behaviours through coaching and performance management, setting minimum expectations to deliver exceptional customer experiences using creativity. The result of this would be achieving sales targets and continual MoM / YoY growth. Ensure that all merchandising and store standards are of the highest standard, delegating, training, empowering team members to take responsibility to complete tasks and take pride in performance. Motivate team members and create team identity.
