This allows me to get the inner workings of GFT Core Business. From how we catch a business opportunity to how we plan to deliver it. Thanks to these multiple hats, as a Sales Ops Specialist, I have the chance to work on: - Pipeline Analysis and Reporting through Dashboards built in Salesforce
- Close Contact with Practice Leaders to better understand our offering and getting useful insights for supporting sales operations - Direct contact with Accounts and Delivery Managers to support them in Sales Ops
- Close Contact with Market Leaders and CEO for reporting and updates. Working in the COO Office, with the Delivery Head, I handle Workforce Ops and my main accountabilities are: - helping Project teams definition and Staffing through different channels (Hiring and Internal Rotations, Nearshore and Partners)
