Working with the COO, I handle Workforce Operations and my main accountabilities are: - helping Project teams definition and Staffing through different channels (Hiring and Internal Rotations, Nearshore and Partners) - Workforce Analysis to provide proper Demand and Staffing response - Support Local Implemention of Group Company Processes and Tools, by adapting current way to work or drawing new processes

This allows me to get the inner workings of GFT Core Business. From how we catch a business opportunity to how we plan to deliver it. Thanks to these multiple hats, as a Sales Ops Specialist, I have the chance to work on: - Pipeline Analysis and Reporting through Dashboards built in Salesforce - Close Contact with Practice Leaders to better understand our offering and getting useful insights for supporting sales operations - Direct contact with Accounts and Delivery Managers to support them in Sales Ops - Close Contact with Market Leaders and CEO for reporting and updates.
