• Guidance on the execution of the “Perfect Store” concept for the Merchandising team
• Briefing sales team, showcasing national sales campaign;
• Training and developing the sales team
• Participation in S&OP and S&OE meetings in order to influence sales forecast monthly decisions;
• Field visit to identify business opportunities and possible improvements in the execution of the actions developed;
