At Tapestry Wesbrook Village, I worked as the Wellness Manager, focusing on improving seniors’ lives through engaging events and fitness programs. With a background in kinesiology, I led the rehabilitation team, helping them grow while supporting our goal of promoting active, independent living. This also helped me collaborate with the sales team to design events and personalized packages for potential residents. Additionally, I organized employee events and recognition programs to foster a positive and supportive workplace. Previously, as a Care Aide Manager for ALS patients, I developed personalized care plans in partnership with medical professionals, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care. Leading a team of care aides, I prioritized safety and personal support, balancing strong leadership with a deep commitment to client well-being.
