Strategized and prioritized market requirements into product roadmaps to define go-to market strategy and timeline for product features and enhancements. Analyzed customer needs and built features and enhancements, providing guests and visitors an exceptional online experience when customizing their stay. Allowing "Hoteliers" to improve operational responsiveness by 50% and generated an average of 30% increase in In-Room Services orders. Led Internationalization features (Multi-Language, Muti-Currency, Time Zones & Date Formats) for the Guest Experience Product Line, from concept to launch, generating a 65% increase in international customer acquisition and over $2 million in configuration and subscriptions revenue YOY.
