In my first year, I was honored to be selected as one of the top three vice presidents globally. This recognition stemmed from the achievement of my team in successfully selling the first cloud-based Interactive Management solution to the largest brewery in Mexico. I played a significant role in preparing the company for acquisition by one of the most prominent global investment funds. Consequently, my focus during this period was on enhancing the EBITDA of my region and redefining the Go-To-Market strategy during a pivotal shift to the cloud.
