Utilizing Agile methodologies, successfully crafted scalable campaigns for specific single needs, as well as small and large initiatives, and facilitated strategy sessions to manage high quality deliverables ahead of specified timetables. As a result of these initiatives, have received numerous recognitions through our RAVE program for partnership, teamwork and other areas. 1) Skywalker Project - January 2023 - March 2023: Initiated as a $4m - $6m cost savings to the organization, Skywalker as to eliminate the use of a third-party supplier. Key to project was converting all identified participants before April 1, 2023. Utilizing both internal and external candidates, project was successful as all parties were onboarded and working prior to April 1, 2023. 2) Contractor Conversion Project - January 2023 till July 2023: Running concurrent with Skywalker Project, CCP was initiated to help transition existing contractors that were interested in joining the Skywalker project. CCP was created to reduce that lack of access from up to 14 days, down to 3-days. Mitigated risk concerns and maintained compliance to governance standards. 3) Job Posting Review Project - January 2023 till March 2023: appointed by CS International Talent Acquisition for CTOO Director to take on a review and revision of our CTOO job postings. Working with the TA lead from each region, review existing job postings formatting. Looked at possible revision of CTOO postings to attract the right type of candidates while maintaining our commitment to DE&I governance and standards. 4) Veteran's Recruitment Project - September 2022 - Current: Point person from the TA team working in conjunction with our American Veteran's Network internal group to promote, attract and hire veterans to Credit-Suisse.
