Key Deliverables: • Identified and selected the most feature-rich tools while conducting extensive research. • Met demands of a thriving eLearning ecosystem while pioneering corporate shift from manual project management to implementation of Trello and other time and resource-saving tools and processes. • Advanced solutions, identifying specific business requirements, aligning product offerings accordingly, and implementing Google Workspace for email and data storage. • Governed intricacies of conceiving, crafting, and deploying more than 12 email campaigns annually, each yielding over $60K in revenue. • Ensured a seamless migration for more than 160K active email recipients and current students by executing strategic transition of entire email marketing strategy from ActiveCampaign to Klaviyo. • Led all aspects of process optimization initiatives during new site development to enhance website performance while minimizing reliance on additional plugins.
