Products conception and set up in an ERP system, financial and fiscal management, Subscription models and reporting, mostly back-end systems created for the benefit of various internal corporate users as well as some customer facing ones. I was also involved and leading BA for some parts of a migration program to migrate subscriptions, new sign-up, reports, financials, customer care and all back-end administration and overall subscription models from an obsolete Magic based in-house-built tool towards the "New World" - API and dynamic DB based architectures and Java dominated technology stack. Stakeholders management was crucial to ensure effective and well paced two-way communication with developemnt and delivery leads teams in a hybrid "scrum-ban" organised projects and programs.
