• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services of new division
• Present and position the division portfolio to the customers supporting the account teams
• Work on products quotation
• Support marketing activities such as presentations and interviews and article writing for EMC and partner events
• Emphasize solution benefits based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and characteristics
• Work with EMC/Greenplum alliance team to search, qualify and create an ecosystem of sales and implementation partners
