Oversee the day to day activities of this full service marketing, design and print studio
Establish workflows within organisation to ensure colour consistency, brand integrity and quality
Implementing and monitoring Workplace Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment Policies
Provide leadership and direction to employees across all operations of the business
Build and develop multidisciplinary teams
Assess and implement software and hardware in-line with product development, diversification opportunities, and expanding on existing core capabilities.
Building relationships with clients, suppliers, the community, and industry peers
MARKETING:
Develop marketing plans focussed on creating a synergy across all activities
Create and implement integrated marketing communication strategies and social media plans
GRAPHIC DESIGN:
Implement brand guidelines and check for consistency from creative teams for all client work
Design and develop wide ranging and complex marketing collateral to brand guidelines
Preparing databases for use with e-Commerce sites
Proofing and pre-flighting work Prepare web sites and autorun CDs using HTML, XHTML, CSS and Flash
Creating PDF electronic forms
PRINTING AND PRODUCTION:
Researching, purchasing, installing, and running all equipment in the business..
Finishing in-house products and quality checking.
Calibrating and running printers
Trouble-shooting equipment and software, and conducting basic maintenance Sourcing suppliers and establishing strong relationships
Preparation of print-ready files utilising personalisation and stand layups
Signage installs and vehicle wraps
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
Develop clients across all sectors, through lead generation as well as targeted one-on-one strategies
Maintain clients of all sizes, analysing and implementing cross-selling opportunities.
Preparing quotes from client briefs
Liaising with clients and designers to develop work suited to the client’s brief and their budget.
