In the just under 4 years since then, I have taught every course offered by Palo Alto Networks to well over 1200 total students. My average end of course student evaluation ratings makes me one of the highest rated Palo Alto Networks instructors globally in terms of student satisfaction. My dedication to student success and engineering excellence led Sun Management to become not only the first of four Authorized Training Centers in North America to earn Palo Alto Network's "Elite ATC" designation but also the only organization on the continent that is both an Elite ATC and a Palo Alto Networks Certified Professional Services Partner (CPSP). I have a been been engaged by Palo Alto Networks to serve as a beta tester for CNSE certification exams and courseware as well as an author for exam questions on the current pCNSE6 exam. I hold a seat on both the PAN ATC Advisory Committee and the SANS GIAC Advisory Board as well as helped design both the curriculum and lab environment for the Palo Alto Networks EDU-231 Advanced Threat Management course. With my earning the distinction of being the first A10 certified partner instructor on the continent, Sun Management became the first A10 Networks Authorized Training Partner in North America during the summer of 2016 with the ability to teach not only the SysAdmin and App Delivery Controller classes, but also the Thunder TPS (Threat Protection System) course as well.
