May. 2016 - Jun. 2020ArgentinaTraining management: - Train LMS Admins from various regions and business units. - Lead the Train The Trainer program and trained LMS Admin trainers. - Develop and organize own training processes, strategy, methodology and materials as well as provide global consultancy. Content management: - Define own content strategy and manage analysts responsible for planning, designing, developing, and administering own trainings. - Provide global consultancy for strategy, planning, designing, development, and administration of content trainings. Projects: - Contribute to team responsible for LMS migration to the cloud and subsequent upgrades which include identifying all stakeholders and including them in the project, planning, communication strategy, data migration, testing, system configuration, training, reporting and managing hyper care support. Analytics: - Manage analysts in order to define KPI´s & OKR´s, extract, transform, load, analyze, sort, organize, visualize and storytelling for own data. - Provide training analytics to different business areas and regions/countries Vendor management: - Find and document business demands and IT requirements. - Search vendors related to the required product or service and arrange demos. - Review proposals/price quotes and provide own preference with justification. - Manage relation with vendor and stakeholders, as well as project´s budget, and timeline. Support management: - Manage support analysts responsible for providing 1st level support to LMS (Learning Management System) administrators and 2nd level support to LMS users as well as writing knowledge articles for technical troubleshooting. Development: - Manage a team for researching new training trends and methods in the training industry for pharmaceutical companies like gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality, simulation, and others to improve the training effectiveness and user experience.
