Stakeholders management - Meet with relevant executive chiefs and VP`s to understand their L&D vision & expectations. - Meet with L&D leaders from different regions & businesses to understand the L&D status, and their expectations. Assessing - Analyze history and present of L&D in the company interviewing, analyzing data & documents. - Create a consolidated diagnostic of the L&D current status and share with relevant stakeholders and get their feedback. Project Management - Lead the L&D technology projects which includes 3 international & independent teams. - Plan a 3 years plan based on the strategy. People management - Understand the SWOT of each person in the team and their current roles & responsibilities. - Identify positions, profiles and capabilities required for the 3 year plan. - Plan an upskilling strategy for existing people and plan a hiring strategy for missing positions. Research - Assess status of the company L&D and benchmark with the beverages industry. - Identify existing IT solutions for L&D, its integration and its integration with other HR solutions. Data - Analyze historic data for L&D, the insights generated and actions taken based on data. - Work on OKR`s and KPI`s dashboard strategy & plan for the next 3 years. Vendor management: - Invite IT & Data teams when meeting vendors to learn about their products/services required by L&D. - Manage relationship with existing vendors & always try to improve existing contracts.

Global L&D Manager

Communication coordinator: - Main point of contact and liaison for all Business Education teams in all regions on all things related to platform processes, issues, needs, and requests. - Represent the Global Training Program team during technical solution meetings, proposals, and discussions. Project management: - Identify, prioritize, and communicate program and platform requirements, scope, constraints, dependencies, roadblocks, and risks to respective teams. - Build, coordinate, and maintain schedules, and track execution at task level across cross-functional teams, manage shared resources and ensure timely delivery. - Own the roll out of new processes and tools across Business Education teams, including launch announcements, delivery of training, change management, documentation, etc. so teams can plan accordingly. - Develop the global training process for in person, hybrid, and online training events. Data analysis: - Define necessary KPI´s and OKR´s. - Provide the necessary data to the data science team to develop the necessary dashboards. - Generate insights out of the dashboards and define action items according to the training strategy.

Global Platforms & Application Consultant

Training: - Define OKR´s and KPI´s to measure the quality of train the trainers, trainers, and content. - Develop necessary dashboards to show data, analyze it, arrive to conclusions and actions to take. - Create a training community to share experiences and collaborate to define best training practices. - Review and apply the end user experience feedback for continuous improvement. Development: - Participate in the most relevant workshops, forums, seminars, and conferences of the training industry. - Train trainers in foundations of various work frames like agile, design thinking, DevOps & scrum. - Train teams on data importance and have a data centered mindset. Content: - Create and manage content as a repository available for metadata searching, Research: - Research new training theories, business cases, methodologies, systems, applications, and technologies. Stakeholders: - Identify stakeholders, manage their needs and expectations and work in collaboration with them. Demands: - Develop and manage the automatization of channeling global, regional, and local demands to necessary teams. Instructional design: - Develop and manage an agile instructional design framework for fast and effective training. Support: - Manage one of the three support service center.

Global Training Manager

Training management: - Train LMS Admins from various regions and business units. - Lead the Train The Trainer program and trained LMS Admin trainers. - Develop and organize own training processes, strategy, methodology and materials as well as provide global consultancy. Content management: - Define own content strategy and manage analysts responsible for planning, designing, developing, and administering own trainings. - Provide global consultancy for strategy, planning, designing, development, and administration of content trainings. Projects: - Contribute to team responsible for LMS migration to the cloud and subsequent upgrades which include identifying all stakeholders and including them in the project, planning, communication strategy, data migration, testing, system configuration, training, reporting and managing hyper care support. Analytics: - Manage analysts in order to define KPI´s & OKR´s, extract, transform, load, analyze, sort, organize, visualize and storytelling for own data. - Provide training analytics to different business areas and regions/countries Vendor management: - Find and document business demands and IT requirements. - Search vendors related to the required product or service and arrange demos. - Review proposals/price quotes and provide own preference with justification. - Manage relation with vendor and stakeholders, as well as project´s budget, and timeline. Support management: - Manage support analysts responsible for providing 1st level support to LMS (Learning Management System) administrators and 2nd level support to LMS users as well as writing knowledge articles for technical troubleshooting. Development: - Manage a team for researching new training trends and methods in the training industry for pharmaceutical companies like gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality, simulation, and others to improve the training effectiveness and user experience.
