Projects so far in the year 2021-22 Trail - Designed UX of Amazon's internal suite to manage Amazonians' business travel needs to help them travel to countries for their business trips, ensuring tax and payroll compliance. New project: Designing the product’s UX for Amazonians (business travellers) where they can book in advance secure transportation for places not safe for travel due to bad weather, political unrest or any spread of the epidemic. Process: - Customer discovery through User Interviews, Customer Journey Maps, Heuristic Evaluation of existing products, surveys, and business analytics of existing products. - Mapping out the Customer Journey map of existing products and figuring out the gaps and areas of improvement. - Customer Validation: Rapid wireframing and prototyping to test the possible solution with existing customers. - Designing HiFis, edge cases, and doing engineering hand-off. - Collaborating with the engineering team during UAT rounds to ensure the design is coded as given.
