• Created research reports to communicate findings and recommendations • Successfully launched a venture called “Mom Research Lab”– an online market research panel to connect expecting women and new mothers to paid research projects. Designed and coded the MVP website, managed a database of 1,000+ participants, negotiated and brokered research participant recruiting deals with clients across the region, screened and scheduled participants for client projects. Defined monthly goals and a long term strategy for hitting desired revenue targets. Took the venture from concept to cash within three months.
