Jun. 2022Bucharest, Romania- Provide IT support for the Novartis project, managing ServiceNow tickets, Teams chats/meetings, emails, and outbound calls using tools like BMC Remedy and SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for efficient workflow management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Microsoft Office & Microsoft 365
- Citrix (Cloud PC, On-Premises, NextGen machines)
- SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) – software deployment, remote control, and troubleshooting
- VPN (Virtual Private Network) & AOVPN (Always On VPN)
- SharePoint, printers, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Intune, and Company Portal
- ServiceNow – adding users to Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes, and access groups for applications and services
- Support end-users with incident resolution, application troubleshooting, and account management.
- Work with Genesys, VDI, Citrix Director, VDAS (Virtual Desktop Access Service), Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Manage incident, request, and change processes using ITSM frameworks and automation tools to optimize IT operations and enhance user experience.
