• Timetable designer for the Yázigi local branches, and organizer of events which aimed at showcasing evidence of students' language production.
• Professional in charge of reporting the branches' managerial data, such as attendance and dropout rates, and student performance in online classes and curriculum activities.
• Establishing contact with under-performing students through action plans developed by teachers focused on problem-solving.
• Speaker at semiannual parent meetings after assessment periods.
• Administrator of leveling tests and administrative tasks (calls, student and parent support, student transfers, enrollment, class creation, course information, inventory control, ordering and delivery of coursebooks to the franchisor and the branch's administrative management, using online teaching and system administration tools, and planning and conducting semi-annual satisfaction surveys).
• Application of ETS TOEFL and TOEIC exams, being responsible for examinations in the branch and their control.
• Participant in the continuous professional development program offered by the franchisor - Pearson, including 50 hours pre-service online and on-site training, follow-up and quality assurance through an annual excellence program.
