Mar. 2009 - Apr. 2011Analyze Facilities Management, Custodial, Maintenance, Grounds, Administration and Materials Management labor workforce at major schools and universities to identify areas for cost containment and more efficient labor distribution. Gather staffing data, including individuals’ hours and locations worked, as well as pertinent data regarding size, proximity and physical layout of buildings, plants, other facilities and grounds (multiple campuses, if applicable). - Reorganize raw data delivered in multiple forms, including spreadsheets and other data dumps to extract accurate and most useful information. - Develop effective facilities map(s) with adjacencies, work required, hours of operations and anomalies involving general operations. - Apply breakdown of existing work schedules and patterns to physical layouts.
- Establish an effective plan projecting appropriate labor force distribution to optimize payroll dollars, time, manpower and availability of facilities.

- Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) – Custodial Project. 78 buildings, 5.6 million sq. ft., recommended fulltime labor shift: $1.5-2.0 million in projected saving in labor hours
- Tufts University – Custodial Project. 4 Boston-area campuses, 125 buildings, 2.1 million sq. ft., recommended team reassignment for projected $1 million in annual savings - Barry University (Miami) – Custodial & Grounds Project. 56 acre campus (work in process) over 2 million sq. ft., 58 buildings.
