New ClassroomsSite Operations Manager

● In partnership with the Director of Site Operations, recruit, hire, train, and manage school-based New Classrooms staff
● Work with on-site staff to identify operational professional development areas of need and design
measurable goals around these areas
● Support the schools in creating efficiencies in scheduling and operational systems to improve the
implementation of TTO
● Identify unique academic and operational needs of schools and work with central team to adapt
programs accordingly
● Establish a communication/feedback process with schools to surface and address program issues
● Make critical site-based decisions and escalate issues to Director of Site Operations when necessary
● Partner with school partnerships staff and instructional coaches to execute on the strategic plan and achieve goals for each school
● Partner with other Site Operations Managers to define best practices, manage the implementation of new features and create goals and objectives for the Site Operations department
● Design strategies to effectively remote manage the implementation of TTO and manage on-site visitations in multiple regions
● Establish strong relationships with key school staff that maximize their investment and partnership in TTO implementation
● Support issue management and troubleshooting of implementation challenges
● Explore innovative solutions to operational challenges, both internally and externally, to increase
implementation effectiveness
