As a Product Manager at Solar Coca Cola, my role is to drive the continuous development of B2B digital products, particularly working within the squad for our new Solar+ app, which already has over 160,000 active users. My focus lies in product discovery, ensuring alignment between our customers' needs, stakeholder expectations, and refinement with our UX and development teams. In close collaboration with design professionals, I frequently participate in field research to understand the pain points of Solar's customers, constantly refining our solutions. I believe in iterative and incremental development; therefore, I create MVP proposals based on insights obtained, promoting an agile and adaptable approach. I actively participate in the squad's daily and weekly ceremonies, contributing to the creation of stories, release notes, and performance reports, ensuring the management of product goals. My commitment is to ensure that our products not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations, while internally guaranteeing that different areas of the company work in synergy to build a useful and effective product for our customers.
