Key Achievements: • Renegotiated existing loans with banks, reducing the effective rate loans and changed from short to long term in order to improve the company’s Cash Flow; • Renegotiated contracts for services which, in the first three months were only contracted services "on demand". Additionally, from the real needs of the company, contract negotiations were closed under better conditions of payment and price; • Financial performance with positive Cash Flow in the first year; • Reorganized the commercial sector by hiring new internal salespeople to improve the quality of customer service and created internal procedures to ensure that daily data becomes available to the management; • Managed all investments generated from the surplus of cash of the company; Action taken by the company's managers and board, to walk pass by the economic breakdown that was instated in the Brazilian market during this past 3 years and more to come: - In 2014, negotiated and sold a branch of the business that was not compatible with the strategic plan of growth of the company. - In 2016 negotiated and merge with a company with 12 years of market in the buffet business for Kids. This merge was really beneficial for both companies (Ms Buffet and Happy Fest), because it could gain productivity in the process of the food fabrication, gain volume and reduce costs with better negotiation with suppliers, and reduce the numbers of employees by 30% due to the fact that all the production and staff was concentrated as a group.
