Apr. 2012 - Nov. 2022In this role, my focus was on creating and ensuring a consistent best-in-class omni-channel customer experience between online and in-store to drive customer conversion and sales across all channels. In addition to this, I oversee all operational activities, P&L metrics and over 550 vendors for the online channel, as well as help support and negotiate across 20+ shared key vendors. I also lead ongoing testing of new and innovative items through extended assortments and analytics to support future product viability for in-store placements.
Some of my key contributions during this role included:
• Supervised a team to develop a positive online customer experience leading to 2x growth in visits and a triple digit basis point increase in conversion rate
• Devised and formalized strategic interconnected initiatives to increase sales and translate consumer behavior across multi-billion-dollar paint category portfolios each year
• Exceeded all targeted financial KPIs for revenues, profitability, and inventory turns by double digits
