In this role, I assisted effective implementation of all discovery and framing initiatives to integrate end-user requirements in line with strategic business goals. I also partnered with and facilitated the integration of Pro Paint/Paint application with required internal shared service platforms. Moreover, I directed a team of 14 software engineers and three UX designers as well as managed one product manager to streamline business operations.

•	Led a balanced team of XP and Lean Software development to ensure proper execution of key functions of design, product, and engineering to drive best possible outcomes related to minimal viable product
•	Utilized Tableau to generate a wide range of reporting views to develop insights into KPIs and financial performance of the created application/framework

Product Owner/Director - Paint IT Software Product Development

In this role, my focus was on creating and ensuring a consistent best-in-class omni-channel customer experience between online and in-store to drive customer conversion and sales across all channels. In addition to this, I oversee all operational activities, P&L metrics and over 550 vendors for the online channel, as well as help support and negotiate across 20+ shared key vendors. I also lead ongoing testing of new and innovative items through extended assortments and analytics to support future product viability for in-store placements.
Some of my key contributions during this role included:
•	Supervised a team to develop a positive online customer experience leading to 2x growth in visits and a triple digit basis point increase in conversion rate
•	Devised and formalized strategic interconnected initiatives to increase sales and translate consumer behavior across multi-billion-dollar paint category portfolios each year
•	Exceeded all targeted financial KPIs for revenues, profitability, and inventory turns by double digits

Director of Merchandising - Online Paint, Paint Accessories

At Best Buy Company Inc., my core responsibility was to lead the end-to-end assortment strategy and vendor negotiation of 14 primary categories and 6 accessory categories across 30+ manufacturers with key emphasis on line structure as well as portfolio role and intent. In addition to this, I also supervised all assortment modifications and supporting analytics reviews for FY11 in appliance categories of brown goods. During this role, I led and managed two merchants, one merchant analyst, and a merchant analyst intern.
Some of my key accomplishments during this tenure includes:
•	Achieved profitability of over 300BP YOY due to due to advancements in FY12 programs and cost control
•	Directed and organized entire merchandising team to redesign procedures and standards for promotional planning and ad performance leading to +112 bps improvement in RoAS on yearly basis
•	Initiated new signage and re-merchandising for appliances resulted in growth of +60% YoY comps
