With more than 6 years dedicated to customer service in e-commerce and various digital businesses, I have led teams working in different service channels, including email, WhatsApp and social networks. By creating strategies and implementing processes, I contributed to the success of several companies, achieving notable results in customer satisfaction and recovery of lost sales, whether due to abandoned carts or unpaid bills. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to offer my services to businesspeople from different countries, such as the United States, Spain and France. Currently, I manage the support team of an ecommerce company that operates in several European countries, including Spain, Portugal, Italy, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Poland, among others. My skills go beyond customer service, with advanced knowledge of Shopify and associated tools, as well as CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Hubspot and Intercom. In a constant search for improvement, I have been investing in my professional development, focusing especially on Customer Success and Customer Experience through the courses offered by CS Academy. In 2023, I was honored with the best performance award in the Essential category. I'm from Recife, graduated in Literature from UFPE since February 2012. Seeking to complement my training, I'm currently studying a postgraduate degree in People and Business Management, in addition to my previous postgraduate degree in data analysis. He is recognized as co-author of the book "A Day on the Budwig Diet", a landmark work exploring the Anti-Cancer Diet, devised by renowned German scientist Dr. Johanna Budwig. My main responsibility on this project was to facilitate the translation of Dr. Wei's materials into Portuguese, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition of complex concepts. Furthermore, I played an important role in the detailed quality review of previously translated content, ensuring that the original message and essence were preserved effectively. By collaborating on this project, I improved my skills as a proofreader, focusing on ensuring terminological consistency, clarity and cohesion of the text. I deepened my understanding of alternative medicine and the Budwig Diet, contributing to the dissemination of this information in Portuguese. This experience not only strengthened my review and translation skills, but also provided a valuable immersion in the world of alternative medicine and functional nutrition. I am grateful to have contributed to the dissemination of Dr. Gene Wei's inspiring work, facilitating access to this crucial knowledge for the Portuguese-speaking public.
